Family Estate Assistance
Clearing out an entire lifetime of memories in a home can be overwhelming.
We can assist with house contents and prepare the home for sale in a minimal amount of time.
What we do for you.....
Inclusions
- consultation/walk through
- sorting and identifying items, valuables, paperwork, photos
- organizing identified items into categories, family keepers, donation, unwanted items, trash
- packing of kitchen cupboards, rooms contents, closets, drawers and shelves (not including mirrors, furniture, family heirlooms, movers handle these items)
- cleaning, top to bottom, not including exterior of home, we take bagged trash to the curb
- manage all third party actions on your behalf, ie; repairs, carpet clean, junk removal, etc, service providers will invoice you directly
- staging for resale, every room plus the front porch and one back patio/deck area
- We edit furnishings, keeping key pieces and adding accessories for marketability.
- cost for this service varies on the size and scope of the job to completion, however a moderate size family home, in fairly good condition might estimate at $3,600 for five full weekdays, the pricing will be discussed during the initial walk-through and consultation

We manage the services, as needed, on your behalf but service provider(s) direct bill to you.
